OUR CUSTOM WORK INCLUDES:
Some of our clients have very specific ideas in mind, while others simply say "Go For It!". Most of our clients are somewhere in between. They have a good idea of the look they want, but are a little undecided at first.
You will have your own talented Graphic artist to work with you from concept to completion, with a back up team for brainstorming. Each step of the process is consulted with, and approved by you, as we try to achieve a total client-designer interaction, which allows us to deliver a product that surpasses your expectations.
1 - Concept
We start out by sketching several potential looks for your project, based on the demographics of your audience, your company vision and the identifying colors of your company among other factors. All the information we need will come from you once you answer the simple questions in our exclusive USP DEVELOPER, which we will e-mail to you once you place your order.
2 - Multiple Drafts.
Within 5 business days of placing your order, we will e-mail you your customer viewing center address on our site.
In the viewing center you'll be able to view your Custom Designs. We will design at least 3 different versions for you to choose from. Once you choose the look you want, we'll ask you to critique and suggest any changes. You may like a combination of 2 or more of the designs. That's OK too. We will make the revisions and e-mail you. If necessary, we'll revise the design and present it to you once again, to be sure you are completely happy with the look. When your design is approved, you will receive it on disk.
3 - Your Graphics in Multiple Formats.
One version of your finished design will be in full resolution for use in real world print & media in multiple formats, suitable for all your advertising needs and one version optimized for internet use.

Take a few minutes and answer the questions in our exclusive USP DEVELOPER, which we will e-mail to you once you place your order
Next
Round up any photos that you think would look good and portray a positive message for your business. If you have a company logo, please include that as well. If you have a past flyer, or an example of a flyer you really like, or any additional information that you feel would be helpful for our designer, please include that too.
Next
Tell us what format you'd like (e.g. 4" x 9" rack card, 8.5" x 11" tri-folded to #10, 8.5" x 11" half-folded to 5.5" x 8.5", 8.5" x 11" flat sales sheet, etc.). If you're not sure what format you'd like, then please tell us how you plan to use it. Based on this information, the photos and descriptions you've provided, we will suggest an optimum format.
Finally
Take all these things, and send them to us via e-mail or regular mail. Once we receive your information, we'll take a close look at it and get back to you with a firm design quote. If our quote is acceptable, we'll start designing and get back to you shortly with rough layouts for your approval. We understand that it may take a few interactions to complete the design and build reasonable modification time into our prices.

Payment Policy
At NORconcepts.com, we strive to provide excellent customer service at low prices. We do this on a very small margin and rely on our clients to pay on time. Below are our payment policies.
Our payment policy for design work is 50% due at start of project and balance due at time of completion. Extensive changes to agreed upon work are subject to additional charges. Any additional costs must be paid in full before web site is rendered active and search engine registrations will be completed. Invoices will be e-mailed upon completion of work. Payment for services rendered is due upon receipt of invoice.

NOR CONCEPTS accepts ALL Major Credit Cards We also accept money order payments by mail in US denominations only. It's Private. We never see your credit card or checking account numbers.

Ownership Policy
Agreement Policies Ownership (copyright and title) of the final artwork become the property of the Client, having unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free use of the image upon payment of all fees.
NOR CONCEPTS retains rights to display the artwork in portfolio and advertising materials. All concepts, comprehensives, or other preliminary materials, which are not selected by the Client or are not included into the final delivery, remain the full property of NOR CONCEPTS.
NOR CONCEPTS retains the Right to cancel order and refund money at any point in the developing process.
